At Lumifinds, we are committed to delivering your beauty products safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended without prior notice.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after processing is completed:

Canada & USA: 4-7business days
International Orders: 7-12business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent once the order has shipped.
Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered, Lumifinds is not responsible for lost packages, delays, or additional shipping fees.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are outside our control.
Lumifinds is not liable for delivery delays once the package has been shipped.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier will be considered fulfilled.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lumifinds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.
