At Lumifinds, we are committed to delivering your beauty products safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended without prior notice.

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times begin after processing is completed:

  • Canada & USA: 4-7business days
  • International Orders: 7-12business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and selected shipping method.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Tracking Information

  • Tracking details will be sent once the order has shipped.
  • Please allow several days for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are fully responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an incorrect address is entered, Lumifinds is not responsible for lost packages, delays, or additional shipping fees.
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order is placed.

6. Delayed or Missing Orders

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or unforeseen events are outside our control.
  • Lumifinds is not liable for delivery delays once the package has been shipped.
  • Orders marked as delivered by the carrier will be considered fulfilled.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lumifinds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
  • If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

  • If an order is refused or left unclaimed and returned, shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Additional reshipping fees may apply.

9. Right to Refuse Orders

Lumifinds reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, or policy abuse.
